These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit the Pawoager online store, use our website or purchase products from us. By using our store, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

In these terms, “Pawoager”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pawoager. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the store or placing an order.

1. About Us

Pawoager operates this online store. You can contact us at support@pawoager.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. You must provide current, complete and accurate information during checkout. You may not use our store or products for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

3. Products and Descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, packaging updates or normal manufacturing variations. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Minor variations do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal standards. We may change or discontinue products or set reasonable purchase limits, subject to orders already accepted and your legal rights.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed. If we discover an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Payment must be authorised using one of the methods offered at checkout. Payment services may be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

After you place an order, we send an acknowledgement confirming that it was received. This does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. The contract for a product is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, delivery is unavailable or there is an obvious error. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may refuse a promotion that has expired, whose eligibility requirements are not met or where there is evidence of misuse.

7. Delivery

Delivery areas, charges and estimated times are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and at checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, except where the law provides otherwise.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy explains how to cancel an order, request a return and obtain a refund. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 where applicable.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use the store in breach of law, submit false or fraudulent information, interfere with store security, introduce harmful code, place an unreasonable burden on the store or infringe intellectual-property rights.

10. Intellectual Property

The store and its content, including branding, text, graphics, photographs and design, are owned by or licensed to Pawoager and protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other licence is granted except where required by law.

11. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant Pawoager a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to use and display that content to operate and promote the store, unless prohibited by law. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The store may contain links to or integrations with services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.

13. Our Responsibility to You

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by that failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Products are supplied for private and domestic use; we are not responsible for business losses except where the law requires otherwise.

14. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and contact you where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our store, practices or legal requirements. The terms applying to an order are those in force when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

17. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and purchases made through the store are governed by applicable law. If you are a UK consumer, nothing in these terms deprives you of mandatory protections under the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
